Foolhardy: Bold but reckless

Pronounced as Fool + Hard + Ee. Simple, wasn’t it? :)

Foist: Give somebody something inferior without letting the other person know.

Pronounced as Faw (Replacing S in Saw with F) + Ist (from Fist).

Foment: To cause trouble

Pronounced as Foe + Ment (or Meant).

Dissension: Disagreement or difference of Opinion.

Pronounced as Dis + (T)ension (Tension without the T).

It seems foolhardy to foist further and extensive debt (when over extension of credit is already the problem) surely dissension will inevitably foment.
